Abstract:	Рассматривается процесс становления и развития положений о представительстве и доверенности в современном гражданском законодательстве = The article examines the legal nature of the institution of representation, taking into account its interdisciplinary nature. The process of formation and development of provisions on representation and power of attorney in modern civil legislation is considered. On the basis of a comparative legal analysis of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, as well as the established scientific approaches and law enforcement practice, proposals are made to improve the legal regulation of representational relations.
