Особенности реализации правоохранительной деятельности в сфере историко-культурного наследия (с учетом осложнения эпидемической обстановки)

Abstract

Рассматриваются особенности осуществления правоохранительной деятельности в сфере историко-культурного наследия в 2016–2021 гг., характеризуется состояние законности в данной области. Обосновываются предложения по определению историко-культурного наследия как объекта национальной безопасности и уточнению в связи с этим задач правоохранительных органов = The article examines the peculiarities of law enforcement activities in the field of historical and cultural heritage in 2016–2021, characterizes the state of legality in this area. Attention is focused on the fact that the coronavirus pandemic has not led to a decrease in the activity of law enforcement agencies to bring the perpetrators to justice for offenses in this area (except for the smuggling of cultural property, which decreased as a result of restrictions and prohibitions on movement across the customs borderfln connection with the preparation of a new edition (amendments) of the National Security Concept of the Republic of Belarus, proposals are substantiated to define historical and cultural heritage as an object of national security and to clarify the tasks of law enforcement agencies in this regard. Empirical data characterizing law enforcement activities during this period in this area are being introduced into scientific circulation for the first time.
