Эволюция правового положения женщины в России в XIX – начале XX в.

Abstract

Правовое положение женщин в России в XIX в. и до революционных событий 1917 г. характеризовалось полной личной зависимостью в семейных отношениях, ограниченностью имущественных прав, отсутствием политических прав, ограничением прав на учебу, невозможностью самостоятельно участвовать в общественной и политической жизни = The legal status of women in Russia in the 19th century and before the revolutionary events of 1917 was characterized by complete personal dependence in family relations, limited property rights, lack of political rights, restriction of the right to study, inability to independently participate in public and political life. In XIX century progressive public and political figures made attempts to solve these problems. However, it was possible to grant women equal rights with men only after the reforms carried out as a result of the October Revolutions of 1917.
