Четырнадцатый конгресс ООН по предупреждению преступности и уголовному правосудию и его решения о реагировании на современные вызовы криминала

Abstract

Освещается содержание базовых документов, раскрывающих пути совершенствования мер борьбы с преступностью. Показан опыт Беларуси успешного противодействия коррупции, насильственным преступлениям, проявлениям подростковой и молодежной преступности = The issues of the activities of the key UN structure – the Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice are considered. The article analyzes the main decisions of the fourteenth forum, held on March 7-12, 2021 in Kyoto (Japan), aimed at improving the effectiveness of strategies for combating crime, criminal justice, and ensuring the rule of law in these areas. The article highlights the content of basic documents that reveal ways to improve measures to combat crime as a whole and its individual types in particular, which are designed not only to supress crime, but also to ensure the socio-economic development of states and civilization. The successful experience of Belarus in counteraction to corruption, violent crimes, juvenile and youth crime is shown.
