Организационно-правовые проблемы противодействия преступности лиц с психическими расстройствами

Abstract

Исследуются преступность, общественно опасное и отклоняющееся поведение лиц с психическими расстройствами. Проанализирована существующая в стране система мер профилактики данного негативного явления = Crime, socially dangerous and deviant behavior of persons with mental disorders are investigated. The existing system of measures for the prevention of this negative phenomenon in the country is analyzed. The organizational and legal problems preventing effective counteraction to crime, socially dangerous and deviant behavior of persons with mental disorders are revealed. Based on the intersectoral and interdepartmental nature of the problem under consideration, on systemic, complex and interdisciplinary approaches to its study, proposals are formulated to improve the organizational and legal support for combating crime of persons with mental disorders.
