Об уточнении дефиниции организации оперативно-розыскной деятельности органов внутренних дел

Abstract

На основе анализа взглядов на сущность организации оперативно-розыскной деятельности органов внутренних дел определено соотношение указанного понятия с такими смежными категориями, как управление органами и подразделениями, осуществляющими оперативно-розыскную деятельность, тактика оперативно-розыскной деятельности = Based on the analysis of views on the essence of the organization of the detective activity of the internal affairs bodies, the relationship of this concept with such related categories as the management of operative bodies, tactics of detective activity has been determined. The general and particular principles of the organization of detective activity are highlighted, its organizational-structural and organizational-functional components are revealed. A revised definition of the considered concept is proposed.
