Определены специфические цели и особенности механизма реализации каждого из этапов = As a result of the study of law enforcement practice, the successive stages of the implementation of the institution of changing the type of a correctional facility are identified. The specific goals and features of the mechanism for the implementation of each of the stages are determined. |
