О становлении организационно-правовых форм формирования кадров органов внутренних дел Республики Беларусь

Abstract

Анализируются мнения ученых относительно правовых и неправовых форм управленческой деятельности применительно к работе с кадрами органов внутренних дел. Рассмотрено становление организационно-правовых форм формирования кадров органов внутренних дел Республики Беларусь в исторической ретроспективе, определена их специфика на современном этапе = The article is devoted to the analyses of the opinions of scientists on the legal and non-legal forms of management activities in relation to the staff development of the internal affairs divisions of the law-enforcement agencies (hereafter – IAD). The establishment of legal forms of organization of framing of the staff of the internal affairs divisions of the law-enforcement agencies of the Republic of Belarus is viewed in the historical perspective and their specificity at the present stage is defined.
