Об уголовно-процессуальном аспекте понятия "компьютерная информация"

Abstract

На основе исследования законодательства Республики Беларусь рассматриваются актуальные вопросы, касающиеся понятийного аппарата, определения понятия "компьютерная информация". Проведен его анализ. Предложены научный и правовой подходы к определению понятия "компьютерная информация" и дополнение в уголовно-процессуальный закон = The topical issues concerning the conceptual apparatus, the definition of the notion of "computer information" are considered on the basis of the examination of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. Its analysis is carried out. The scientific and legal approaches to the formulation of the notion of "computer information" and amendments to the law of criminal procedure are proposed.
