Некоторые закономерности процесса привлечения женщин на службу в полицию

Abstract

Причины привлечения женщин в полицию обусловлены необходимостью повышения эффективности организации полиции, улучшения отношений с обществом и удовлетворения их требований к полиции. По мнению зарубежных исследователей, следует сравнивать не только опыт женщин-сотрудников полиции разных стран, но и нормативную базу, поскольку в международной практике нет единых правил, регулирующих службу женщин в полиции. = The reasons for the attraction of women to the police are needed to enhance the effectiveness of the police, the improvement of relations with the society and meet their requirements to the police. According to foreign researchers should compare not only the experience of the women-employees of the police in different countries, as well as regulatory framework, as in the international practice there are no uniform rules governing the service of women in the police.
