Правовое регулирование концептуальных вопросов времени отдыха в трудовых кодексах государств – участников Содружества Независимых Государств

Abstract

На основе современных научных подходов и сравнительно-правового анализа трудовых кодексов государств – участников СНГ рассматриваются концептуальные вопросы времени отдыха. Отмечаются как сходные черты, так и различия в подходах законодателей независимых государств к правовому регулированию указанных вопросов. Дается авторская оценка имеющих место законодательных положений, формулируются конкретные предложения по совершенствованию ряда норм Трудового кодекса Республики Беларусь и трудовых кодексов других государств – участников СНГ = The article deals with the legal regulation of leisure time conceptual issues in the Labour Codes of the CIS member states. The conceptual issues of leisure time in the Labour Codes of the CIS member states have been analyzed on the basis of modern scientific approaches and by means of legal comparative analysis. It has been stated that the legislators of the Independent States use both similar and different features in the approaches to legal regulation of the issues pointed above. The author evaluates the existing legislative regulations and formulates concrete suggestions on the improvement of a number of provisions in the Labour Code of the Republic of Belarus and in the Labour Codes of the CIS member states.
