О противодействии хищениям в сфере легкой промышленности

Abstract

Рассматривается суть дефиниции "противодействие", в частности, применительно к хищениям. Акцентируется внимание на этапах развития методик и рекомендаций, направленных на предупреждение, выявление, раскрытие и расследование хищений в сфере легкой промышленности. Анализируется содержание указанных методик и рекомендаций, выделяются их положительные стороны и существующие проблемы. Формулируются выводы о характере научной разработанности мер противодействия хищениям в сфере легкой промышленности = The essence of the decinition and counteraction is considered, in particular, counteraction to theft. Attention is focused on the stages of development of methods and recommendations aimed at preventing, detecting, disclosing and investigating theft in the light industry. The content of these methods and recommendations is analyzed, their positive aspects and existing problems are distinguished. Conclusions are formulated about the nature of the scienticic development of measures to counter theft in the sphere of light industry.
