Нотариат в системе органов гражданской юрисдикции Республики Беларусь

Abstract

Анализируется и определяется место нотариата в системе органов, осуществляющих защиту гражданских прав и законных интересов. Констатируется целесообразность выделения в рамках юрисдикционной формы защиты нотариального порядка защиты. Рассматриваются его правовые особенности, форма, применяемые способы и средства защиты. = The place of a notariate in the system of the bodies which are responsible for protection of civil rights and legitimate interests is determined in the article. The expediency of allocation within a jurisdictional form of protection of a notarial order of protection of civil rights and legitimate interests is stated. Its legal features, a form, ways and means of protection are considered.
