Организация и становление органов охраны общественного порядка на территории Западной Беларуси в 1939 г.

Abstract

Рассматривается малоисследованная проблема становления органов охраны общественного порядка Западной Беларуси в сентябре – октябре 1939 г., которая не нашла должного отражения ни в одном учебном пособии по истории органов внутренних дел Беларуси. На основе анализа периодической печати СССР, газет временных управлений районных центров Западной Беларуси исследуется процесс формирования милицейских подразделений в ее городах и сельской местности. Отмечается их роль в становлении советской власти на вновь присоединенных территориях. = This article is devoted to the little-studied problem of the formation of public order bodies of Western Belarus in September and October 1939. This topic has not yet been reflected in any textbook on the history of the internal affairs bodies of Belarus. In the article, based on the analysis of the periodical press of the USSR, as well as the newspapers of the Provisional Directorates of the regional centers of Western Belarus, the process of forming police units in towns and rural areas is being investigated. Their role in the formation of Soviet power in the newly annexed territories is shown.
