О взаимодействии органов внутренних дел с природоохранными органами в сфере охраны окружающей среды

Abstract

Рассматриваются общественные отношения, складывающиеся в сфере охраны окружающей среды в рамках взаимодействия Государственной инспекции охраны животного и растительного мира при Президенте Республики Беларусь с органами внутренних дел. Определяется содержание правоохранительной деятельности органов внутренних дел в экологической сфере. Подчеркивается, что взаимодействие может выражаться в обмене информацией, совместном планировании и осуществлении каких-либо мероприятий и в иных формах. = We consider the public relations that are developing in the field of environmental protection in the framework of the interaction of the State Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora under the President of the Republic of Belarus with the internal affairs bodies. The content of law enforcement activities of the internal affairs bodies in the environmental field is determined. It is emphasized that interaction can be expressed in the exchange of information, joint planning and implementation of any activities and in other forms.
