Abstract

Рассматриваются международные стандарты, основные принципы в сфере защиты прав несовершеннолетних. Выделены этапы разработки и принятия правовых норм по защите прав несовершеннолетних на международном уровне. Представлена характеристика основных международных документов и проведен анализ соответствия законодательства Республики Беларусь международным актам в сфере защиты прав несовершеннолетних. = International standards, basic principles in the sphere of protection of the rights of minors are considered. The stages in the development and adoption of legal norms for the protection of the rights of minors at the international level are determined. Characteristics of the main international documents and analysis of compliance of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus with the international acts in the sphere of protection of the rights of minors are represented.
