Влияние изменений в жилищном законодательстве Республики Беларусь на кадровую политику органов внутренних дел

Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы, возникающие в системах комплектования и подготовки кадров органов внутренних дел (ОВД) в связи с введением института жилья коммерческого использования. Анализируется зарубежный опыт использования данного вида жилья в решении социально-экономических проблем. Предложено разрешение коллизий, возникающих в процессе использования жилых помещений коммерческого использования в структуре ОВД. = The article is devoted to the analyses of the opinions of scientists on the legal and non-legal forms of management activities in relation to the staff development of the internal affairs divisions of the law-enforcement agencies (hereafter – IAD). The establishment of legal forms of organization of framing of the staff of the internal affairs divisions of the law-enforcement agencies of the Republic of Belarus is viewed in the historical perspective and their specificity at the present stage is defined.
