Договор возмездного оказания охранных услуг: понятие, виды и социальное значение

Abstract

Проведен анализ нормативного закрепления понятий «охранная услуга» и «договор возмездного оказания охранных услуг» в гражданском законодательстве Республики Беларусь с целью формирования единообразного категориального аппарата = The article analyzes the normative consolidation of the concepts «security services and «contract for the provision of paid security services in the civil legislation of the Republic of Belarus in order to form a single categorical apparatus. It shows their social significance for improving civil law doctrine and practice. The need to understand the contract on the provision of paid security service as the contract with a public interest as a separate type of civil debt is substantiated.
