Институциональная среда как фактор обеспечения региональной экономической безопасности

Abstract

Рассмотрены подходы к анализу и представлению о системе институциональной среды и экономической безопасности. Приведены мнения отечественных и зарубежных исследователей. Дается классификация видов существующих на современном этапе институтов. Выделены проблемы, характеризующие текущие процессы экономической безопасности и тесно связанные с особенностями институциональной среды. Названы факторы, способствующие экономической безопасности через выстраивания системы институтов. Предлагается использовать подход и метод управления в виде снижения зависимости от количества созданных структур и передачи всех ресурсов на местный уровень для сохранения экономической безопасности, а также и в целях стабилизации экономической ситуации и уменьшения дифференциации субъектов Российской Федерации = This article presents approaches to analyses and presentation of institutional system and economic security. In this research there are opinions of domestic and international researchers. The classification of the types of institutions existing at the present stage is given. The problems that characterize the current processes of economic security and are closely related to the peculiarities of the institutional environment are identified. The factors contributing to economic security through building a system of institutions are named. It is proposed to use the approach and method of management in the form of reducing dependence on the number of created structures and transferring all resources to the local level in order to maintain economic security, as well as to stabilize the economic situation and reduce the differentiation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
