Проблемы противодействия преступности, общественно опасному и отклоняющемуся поведению лиц с психическими расстройствами

Abstract

Обсуждаются результаты анонимного экспертного опроса руководителей структурных подразделений милиции общественной безопасности МВД Республики Беларусь с целью очертить круг проблем противодействия преступности, общественно опасному и отклоняющемуся поведению лиц с психическими расстройствами. Проиллюстрированы представления опрошенных о различных аспектах затронутой тематики: опасность лиц с психическими расстройствами, специфика их преступности, проблемы межведомственного взаимодействия ОВД и организаций здравоохранения по указанному направлению деятельности = The article discusses the results of an anonymous expert survey of the heads of structural divisions of the Militia of public safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus on the problems of combating crime, socially dangerous and deviant behavior of mentally diseased persons. The views of the heads of structural divisions of the Militia of public safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus on various aspects of the problem are demonstrated: the danger of mentally diseased persons, the specifics and features of criminality of mentally diseased persons, the problems of interaction between the Department of Internal Affairs and health organizations on the problems of combating crime, socially dangerous and deviant behavior of mentally diseased persons.
