Организация раскрытия и расследования преступлений в Республике Беларусь: эмпирический анализ

Abstract

Отражены теоретико-прикладные аспекты организации раскрытия и расследования преступлений в Республике Беларусь. Обосновывается научная концепция современного состояния практики белорусских правоохранительных органов в условиях их организационной обособленности и самостоятельности (полисистемы). Изложены выявленные в ходе проведенного эмпирического исследования, проблемные моменты в организации раскрытия и расследования преступлений, очерчены направления ее совершенствования = The article reflects the theoretical and applied aspects of organizing the solution and investigation of crimes in the Republic of Belarus. The author substantiates a scientific concept that reflects the current practice of Belarusian law enforcement agencies in the context of their organizational isolation and independence (polysystem). On the basis of the conducted empirical research, the problematic moments in the organization of the solution and investigation of crimes in the Republic of Belarus are identified; the directions of its improvement are proposed.
