| Abstract: | Проводится всесторонний ретроспективный анализ алиментных обязательств бывших супругов. Отмечается постепенный переход от одностороннего обязательства в пользу женщины в дореволюционной России до обязанности супругов по взаимному содержанию в советский период = The article deals with a comprehensive retrospective analysis of the alimony obligations of ex-spouses. The author notes the gradual transition from a unilateral obligation in favor of a woman in pre-revolutionary Russia to the obligation of spouses for mutual support in the Soviet period. |
